An organic management system aims to build soil biology resulting in healthy plants with a high brix (soluble solids) content which are more nutritious for the consumer.

Here at Sunset Coast Organics we regularly measure soil biology, CEC mineral levels and, with the aid of REAMS testing, evaluate the minerals within the plant itself to ensure maximum quality for our customers. 

 Building a balanced soil and growing healthy plants means that minimum pest and disease intervention is required.
