Seasonal Salads and Vegetables
A range of salads are grown year round to help supply the discerning customers who appreciate fresh quality salads. There is also a range of other salads currently being sold into the retail shops and restaurants but do not have branding as yet, these include Beet leaf, Cos lettuce, and Lettuce mix and endive. Salads are harvested fresh in the morning, processed in fresh water without any chemicals or additives, packaged either in our branded (polypropylene) bags or in bulk and then cooled stored until dispatched to customers daily. We have currently branded four product lines including Rocket, Salad Mix, Spinach and Mesclun.
Our Salad mix and Mesclun range contain Asian leaf varities such as mizuna, mibuna, mustard, pak choi, shungiku, beetleaf and a variety of lettuce mix and edible flowers resulting in a colourful blend of flavours.
Our salad blends are varied from season to season to keep a variety of plant and flavour in the mix.
