With a passion for outdoor living and an appreciation for fine foods, organic farming was the perfect path for us.
We began organic growing of medicinal herbs in 1998.
With a crash in the export market we shifted our focuss from medicinal herbs to seasonal vegetables, culinary herbs and fresh cut salads.
Once we gained full organic certification in 2001 we began to grow a wide range of crops and direct market to the organic retailers and selected restaurants.
Refining our systems and product lines has lead us to specialise in the fresh cut salad market.
